Use and support

Updated November 2, 2026

Katherine Morcant is a private personal assistant operated by C9 Ventures Ltd for the owner's authorized accounts. It is not offered as a public service, and this website does not accept registrations or payments.

Authorized use

Only accounts explicitly authorized by the owner may connect to Katherine. Connecting an account does not authorize unrestricted actions. The owner's configured approval rules and Google account permissions govern what the assistant can do.

Action controls

Sending messages to other people and issuing meeting invitations require the owner's approval of the proposed action. Direct replies to the owner's registered addresses, explicitly requested private calendar entries, and specifically authorized recurring maintenance may operate under the owner's standing instructions. Accounting changes and payments require explicit approval. The initial FreeAgent pilot only reads records and prepares a review.

Review and accuracy

Katherine uses AI and external services. Responses and proposed actions may contain mistakes, and availability or travel information may change. Important details should be checked before consequential decisions are made.

Privacy and support

See the privacy policy for information about connected account data, AI processing, storage, and revoking access. For support or privacy requests, contact david@c9-ventures.com.
