Katherine Morcant is a private AI personal assistant operated by C9 Ventures Ltd in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how the assistant accesses, uses, stores, and shares information from authorized Google accounts and requests sent to Katherine.

Information Katherine accesses

Access depends on the permissions granted for each account. Email modification permission is used for authorized archiving and labeling. Calendar event permission is used for authorized calendar entries, categorization, and approved invitations. Sending is performed only through accounts authorized for that purpose.

Why this information is used

Katherine uses this information to provide the requested personal assistant functions: understanding requests, comparing schedules, preparing and delivering daily briefings, researching topics, remembering confirmed preferences, processing approvals, and carrying out authorized email and calendar actions.

Messages and instructions from other people are treated as context, not as permission to act. External messages and invitations require the owner's approval. Explicit owner requests may authorize private calendar entries without inviting anyone, and approved recurring rules may authorize inbox cleanup and event categorization.

FreeAgent bookkeeping pilot

When the owner authorizes the FreeAgent connection, the pilot reads the connected company identity, bank-account information, transactions, existing explanations, and accounting categories to prepare a bookkeeping review. Supporting receipts may be sought in the owner's authorized email accounts. The initial pilot is read-only: it does not post explanations, upload attachments, change tax records, submit filings, or make payments. FreeAgent's authorization inherits the connected user's permissions, which may be broader than the pilot's read-only controls.

FreeAgent app credentials, connection tokens, and pilot review records are initially kept in restricted files on the owner's computer, separate from the hosted Google connection. The initial matching workflow is intended to run locally without AI calls for bank-data analysis. Expanding it to hosted processing or AI analysis requires a review of the applicable access and data use. The owner can revoke access through FreeAgent's connected-app settings and request deletion of the local pilot records through the contact below.

AI processing and service providers

Relevant email, calendar, and request information is sent to OpenAI through its API to interpret context and generate responses or proposed actions. This may include personal information contained in messages and appointments when relevant to the requested task. Google provides email and calendar APIs, cloud hosting, private storage, and operational services. Public web research uses public-topic queries; private email content and credentials are not intended to be included in search queries.

C9 Ventures Ltd does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build or train general-purpose AI models. Katherine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access is limited to the authorized owner and authorized support or security work as permitted by that policy.

Providers may process data outside the United Kingdom under their applicable service terms and safeguards. The assistant's primary hosted service and memory database are configured in Google's London region; that does not mean every provider operation or AI request stays in the UK.

Storage, security, and retention

Connection credentials are kept in private secret storage or restricted local connection files and are not published on this site or included in model prompts. Persistent assistant memory and action records are stored in a private database. Network connections use encryption, and access is controlled through account permissions and service identities.

Records are retained to support ongoing requests, preferences, approvals, duplicate prevention, and operational troubleshooting. There is currently no automatic deletion period for all assistant records. The owner may request review or deletion of retained information by contacting the address below. Backup copies and provider operational records may remain until their normal retention periods expire. Deleting assistant records does not automatically delete original emails or calendar events in Google.

Your choices and requests

You can revoke Katherine's connection in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation stops future access through that grant; it does not by itself erase previously retained records. Contact david@c9-ventures.com to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of information held by the assistant, or to raise a privacy concern. The requester's identity will be verified before private information is disclosed or changed.

This information website

This site contains public app information only. It has no account registration, assistant interface, advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process standard connection and security information when a page is requested. Email or calendar content and authorization credentials are never served by these pages.

Policy updates

Material changes to how Google data is accessed, used, stored, or shared will be reflected in this policy and communicated to the owner. New or expanded Google permissions require the applicable consent.
